ABOUT ME

I'm an established higher education consultant, researcher, thought leader, and educator who holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and a Master of Arts in English Composition and Communication. I'm the founder and principal of Ideation Insights Consulting, LLC and a senior lecturer in the Master of Science in Administration Program, a graduate-level leadership program at Central Michigan University. I have fifteen years of higher education experience in administrative and faculty roles, including research center director experience in the area of online learning.

 

I'm a digital learning and educational leadership expert who translates research, and expertise in digital learning, AI in education, and workforce skill alignment into actionable insights and strategies.

have demonstrated research and consulting expertise in leading and managing collaborations with non-profit and corporate partners on digital learning and workforce-focused projects.

 

I'm a creative thinker, strategic leader, and collaborator who thrives when shifting perspectives and generating practical insights and programs centered at the intersection of institutional strategy, digital learning, and AI-driven solutions.  I work to position higher education institutions and professional learning organizations effectively support the needs of learners through the design of programs and digital learning experiences in alignment with industry needs for the future of work.
